S52 Centrifugal Renewable Machine
Product Introduction:
This machine employs a vortex regeneration principle, primarily utilizing the friction between old sand particles to achieve delamination and rounding of the sand grains. Simultaneously, the old sand automatically forms a cushion layer within the regeneration basin, protecting it from wear. A robust sand flow impact plate externally completes the secondary regeneration of the sand. A throttling plate is added to the outside of the regeneration basin to effectively ensure reliable sand regeneration. Furthermore, the sand exhibits less breakage and better grain roundness during the regeneration process. The regenerated old sand effectively reduces the amount of liquid material added. A secondary air classifier is installed at the bottom to remove the inert film and dust from the regenerated sand.
This machine features a two-stage regeneration mechanism. The old sand regenerated in the upper stage automatically flows into the next regeneration basin. After the secondary regeneration, the old sand flows into the air classifier section.
