S53 Centrifugal Renewable Machine
Product Introduction:
The friction regeneration machine is a type of mechanical friction regeneration machine. It uses a blower to boil the sand, causing the sand to rub against each other between two sets of high-speed rotating friction particles, achieving the purpose of delamination and dust removal. The regeneration machine consists of a chamber, a friction delamination mechanism, a shaft hole sealing device, a sand boiling device, and a high-pressure blower, among other components. It is suitable for the regeneration of self-hardening sand, providing functions such as sand cooling, boiling for dust removal, friction delamination, and improvement of old sand properties. Under high-temperature thermal regeneration conditions, the regeneration effect is significant, and it also has a cooling function. The bearing seats and bearings located at both ends of the working chamber avoid the influence of high-temperature sand and dust, resulting in a long service life and reliable operation. It can be used as a standalone unit or installed on an old sand regeneration line, making it a relatively advanced old sand regeneration equipment.
